Zugunruhe is a German compound word consisting of "zug" (to move, migrate) and "Unruhe" (anxiety, restlessness). In ethology, it describes the anxious, restless behavior that migrating species like birds exhibit before taking off. This phenomenon has also been observed in resident species (i.e. Humans!)

The term aptly describes where the social purpose enterprise sector is at today, as well as the entrepreneurs' journey just before take off.
